Toby Hall 100 133Toby Hall is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, graduating in 1985, with a research MSc and a PhD. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Curtin University. Toby has, published many book chapters and published more than 70 peer-reviewed articles relating to cervicogenic headache and other topics. He has co-authored 2 books “Mobilization with Movement, The Art and the Science” and “The Mulligan Concept of Manual Therapy: Textbook of Techniques”. He is on the international advisory panel of Manual Therapy Journal, and is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Manual and Manipulative Therapy.
